Olman Elizondo Cordero is an Innovation manager in the Unit of Innovation and Prospective at AQuAS (Catalonia Health Quallity and Assesment Agency), part of the coordination team of the RaDAR PPI project aiming to procure an innovative integrated solution to solve the unmet need of the rapid detection and a smart control system in Catalonia, Basque Country, Italy and France. He part of the team representing AQuAS in the Harmonics project, a multistakeholder approach to improve the outcomes in the clinical management of Stroke in of all ICS hospitals collaboratively working with their primary care counterparts to coordinate the outcome-based intention of establishing a high-value care intervention, Harmonics, to harmonize the processes and the adoption of an innovation that can improve the results that are relevant to a stroke patient, by incorporating the PROMs, PREMs, CROMs, in a holistic way of collaboratively working towards attaining health results that improve the outcomes in stroke patients who benefit from coordination and collaboration that the transformative adoption fo Harmonics could bring to the sustainability of the best and most efficient care programme that can improve the results of stroke patients in programatic way, through a collaborative action deployed in ICS hospitals in Catalonia, with the participation of CatSalut in being an active stakeholder in the ambition of defining a first attempt to generate a value-based reinbursment system that can challenge the status quo of reinsbursment-based in more conventional per/activity coverage of the health issues by the historical trend of financing our health systems in our own public way of warrantying high-quality innovative care sustainable for the stewarship of our health, and who is correponsable with more aware and prepared citizens to be involved actively in their wellbeing, by adoption the conscious decisions related to the health habits that my circumstances allow any given citizen, from any given corner of this one health planet we inhabit. NEW gaia founder. A movement yet to embrace an activation mode, but when it does, a NEW ecosystem will emerge from a true thrive towards a selfresilient system cruising through time-space in an ortogonal direction from our lousy current status quo.

- Privitization kingdom (when it’s rocking), poor performer on scarcity and low economic cycle irrelevance. The markets that stopped. The not needed to live minimum. The sauce of life. The way we are kept entertained. By our media. By the news we consume. By the podcast we hear. By the work we do. From those places from where we take turns to call on something we are acting on the collaborative effort for a greater more resilient wellbeing, for all beings. And not just be overly obssessed on beating everyone else, the way the NEW americans act as if the markets ought to behave like that: dunces.
- Seven is a relief. Six is problematic. You know the devil. Where would the devil pick to show up? But off course, the six. It’s chupado. Like my daughter would explain to some only English speaking classmates. Unlocked NEW américans still leaving the dream. The old American dream.

Nou. NEW. NAW. ALLS. . . . . . . . .
Nine reasons to leave. Eight are shit. Totally off. At the antipodes of where I trully stand for. It’s the cause of leaving where I’m from. Where I am already a complete human being, just living life, having had the fortune of fallen into a sacred familiy, with a holy mother, the matriarch, and a holy father, the patriach. They both executed their poweir within the clan. We were priviledge to have their presence at our side. And us to have the sisters I had. They were marvelous, and so were my parents. And honestly, so was I. I did my best. I try to find the real escence of it all. For the sake of learning. And experiencing the ultimate sensation. I make my team mates outperform themselves and we end up playing the highest level of futbolartistry: colaborative, all at one symphony. The trick of competing in any given sport. The high-level outperform any given competitor: team sports vs individual sport. Do you play? Do you compete alone? Do you compete online? Are you in a popularity contest? Is that the best we can hope for? I have to say no it’s not. We can assume to care. We can assume to go. Back and forth. To deliver an act. To be who you are expected to be. According to who? Why would you care? How is everyone else loosing their mind? How are you holding on to mental challenges to deal with shit from rude assholes incapable of treating peers without the excercise of uncontrolled violent maners with the others around. People in need of help. People in need of a shift in priorities. People succesful enough in their current power role that they feel they can behave like they do. Conflict. Someone is overstepping a red line. You’ve been flagged. A support AI system will have your back to help you deal withe emotionless dickheads, not always male, that you will encounter over your life performative act.
You are unique and untransferable. You hold you own destiny and destination. You must be given a fair chance. We all do. And we should aim to resiliently go gently about our collective global wellbeing. Adressing not only the red button of the anihilation risk, which it is, but rather the renouncing of this violent drive, that we are expected to believe that it’s needed to mantain. To compat itself. Violence wins because it became the main actor in this story. It’s a male character. Unwilling to renounce. Male violence intolerance.

We don’t need 99% volunteers to steer the social complex system we are on.
We only need around 1% to help respond as an emergent NEW system of a healed social system model that reveals itself the power of personal divinity, by all of us, no matter our current belief, creed or affinity clubs, we are given a NEW choice of belonging. A brand NEW identity. Fulfilled with the key elements to overflow the system with desired outcomes applied. Yeah, right. But who does the job. The feedbacklooppers .That’s the job we do. You forced me to keep quiet. I forced myself out of the system. I stepped down. And I had a cause. And a thing in my mind. The radical innovation scheme. Everything was going to radically change. And I was decided to take part on that design. In fact, that’s what I’d done. That’s what I knew I could do. So I dedicated my life to that greatest goal: the highest vision. What I thought that would be. Not just me. The people I work with. To collaboratively engage in a smart NEW design. The way in which we are supposed to charge the system. The NEW game we are playing. A way fo gamifying the greatest resilience provider to fulfill a prophecy that’s achievalble by the action of 99 active actors in the deployment change-culture-management deliverers. We don’t need the entire system to work with us. At least not all those disturbed and highly gullible massperson attending to the latest social trend. No matter which one. You wouldn’t look up if the offical NEWS we are consuming tells you not to. And that’s that. That’s that. You have a problem with that?

The scalation of violence with someone with a gun, or with greater armistry, is that they will quarrel with them. The war mentality of men playing the war games. The ideal os masculinity through the mainstreaming of a purposeless warrior figure in a alternative world at the antipodes of our macho lordship ego capitalist stars and bars in a whole NEW sense that came from a sweet wind of insolence from the falling of the walls. All frontiers are pearmeable. We, societies, have demonstrated that we are also permeable to virus and bacteria, and the one health approach states that we should consider our animal farm and our 1984 to inhabit and reimagine a Brave NEW world. …across the UE, in a EIT-Health project coordinated by Vall Hebron Hospital.
He was part of the Innovation Unit of the Process, Quality and Innovation Department at Hospital Vall d’Hebron, representing the hospital in the PiPPi Project in the Stakeholder Interaction and the Exploitation Plan of the CoP. Previously, also at AQuAS, and also in the PiPPi project, he was involved in the work package that was designed to define the PiPPi framework, the set up, design and engagement of the community of practice, and the methodological approach to create the collaborative co-design of the tools and methods with the participation and engagement from the rest of the members of the CoP. He’s a mentor at iRaise, logo designer, and community narrative grower. Logos with narratives to tell stories, and stories from lesser purposefull logos, in search of well intended NEW perspective in our progress towards the ultimate resilient system upgraded by our AI enhanced safe and sustainable governance, planning and execution fo a result-based universal health insurance system for all citizens of this brand NEW gaia. Designs logos with narratives, like the iRaise logo, the HoPInN(s) logo, I3A logo, and PiSpaM, the PiPPi Spagethi Monster, a systmic approach to addressing the coordination and presentation of a PPI/PCP project to a call. Outcome-based design. Procurment of innovation is poetry. Through my lens. Through the filter of AQuAS feedbackloopper agents.
Participated in the first UP-rAIHSe education programme, and helped the quality control and the redesign in the iteration to EIT-Health to rebrand into iRaise. Four editions later, iRaise is the first adoption of innovation trainning programme targeted to muldisciplinary healthcare providers to upskill teams in working demand-driven challenges and convert the unmet needs in project plans to improve the outcome-based results of better tailored procurement of innovation projects, with improved results, measurable KPIs, and cultivating with a community, PiPPi, the shared experiences and lessons learned in two of the five strategic elements in the adoption of innovation strategy of the Catalan Health System to adopt demand-driven innovation through the use and mainstreaming of Procurument of Innovation.
